HELP DESK

A Union Help Desk is a support service created to assist union members, residents, and council participants with questions, concerns, requests for information, and guidance on union-related matters. Its purpose is to make sure people know where to go for help, how to get answers, and how to connect with the right person, office, or leadership team when support is needed. The Union Help Desk serves as a central point of contact for general assistance, meeting information, council resources, relocation updates, issue reporting, and other member services.

There are three main ways to use the Union Help Desk. First, members may call the Union Office directly to speak with someone for assistance, ask questions, or be guided to the appropriate department or leadership contact. Second, members may send an email during Union Help Desk hours to request support, submit concerns, or ask for follow-up on union matters. Third, members may use Morgan, our advanced AI Union Help Desk assistant, to ask questions and receive quick guidance, information, and support at any time.

 

The goal of the Union Help Desk is to make help more accessible, more organized, and easier for everyone to use. Whether a member needs basic information, help understanding a process, or assistance getting connected to the proper union resource, the Union Help Desk is here to serve.
