Baltimore Hotel SRO-H4H

Baltimore Hotel Council – Community Description
The Baltimore Hotel Council meets once a month on the third Friday to bring tenants together, share information, and strengthen our community. These meetings are a place to learn about tenant rights, housing resources, and current issues affecting residents, while also giving everyone a chance to ask questions, raise concerns, and support one another. Whether you are facing challenges in your building or simply want to stay informed, this is a great place to start.
Join us between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. to connect with neighbors, hear important updates, and be part of a collective voice working for safe, fair, and respectful housing. All residents are welcome—come out, get involved, and help make our community stronger.

Clark Residence Council – About Us

The Clark Residence Council serves as the official voice of residents living in the Clark Housing
Complex. Our mission is to build community, advocate for residents’ needs, and work closely with housing management and partner organizations to improve the living experience for all.
We host regular council meetings on the 4th Wednesdays of each month from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, where we discuss housing updates, address resident concerns, and plan upcoming events and initiatives.
These meetings are open to all Clark residents and provide a space for engagement, feedback, and collaboration. In addition, we hold General Resident Meetings every quarter—specifically on the last Friday of March, June, September, and December at 5:00 PM.
These quarterly meetings are an important opportunity for all residents to hear major updates, participate in open forums, and connect with neighbors and community leaders.Currently, the Clark community is undergoing a major Relocation Project.
As part of this effort, all residents have been temporarily moved out of the Clark Complex for a 10-month period. We look forward to returning to the newly improved Clark Residence in January 2027.
Despite the temporary move, the Council remains active and committed to supporting the community throughout the relocation period. We encourage all residents to stay involved and connected—your voice matters!
